sungazing indoors

I received a response from Hira to my questions and found out i can watch the sun from inside my home. I can gaze through glass. I can also gaze half my time and the other half at another time of the day. The winter sun is less strong and I can watch the sun at anytime of the day. So from a chair at my window I gazed at the sun for 30 minutes and 10 seconds. c
