No sun today. Only clouds and bitter cold. Maybe tomorrow.
One of the reasons I decided to Sungaze was for the health benefits of not eating. I had and still do have some health problems, one being the innards of my pelvic area are smothered by fibroids and cysts. So I am fasting currently to eliminate a big cyst. I find it is much easier to fast then it was in the past. I wonder if it is because I sungazing, regardless of how irregular lately. I am a my fifth day of fasting and this can cause a feeling of introversion. So I will sign off now.
